These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by Steelart Technologies. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 5 days by M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer through Paystack. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.

Results

We work to agreed goals and report honestly on performance, but search rankings, ad results, and social reach depend on factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with one week’s written notice. Work already completed is billable.

Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you (website content, designs, written content). We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question over the previous three months.

Subscriptions and renewals

Monthly plans start on the day of your first payment and renew every month until you cancel.

Card payments: your card is charged automatically through Paystack on the same date each month. You can update your card or cancel from the link on your client page.

M-Pesa payments: we email you a payment link a few days before each due date. Payment is due within 5 days of the due date.

Setup fee: a one-time setup fee of KES 10,000 is charged with your first payment. It covers onboarding and account setup work.

Cancelling: give one week’s written notice. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds: you can request a refund within 30 days of a payment. We refund the part of that payment that covers work we have not started. Work already delivered, the setup fee once onboarding has begun, and money paid to third parties on your behalf (such as Google or Meta ad spend, domains, hosting, and software licences) cannot be refunded. Approved refunds are paid back through the original payment method.

Failed or late payments: if a payment fails or is more than 5 days late, we may pause work until it is paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
